Punk In Drublic Fest: A beer and punk rock event is coming to Abbotsford

Punk is alive and well in the Fraser Valley.

Coming to Abbotsford on September 4, the Punk in Drublic festival is a one-day event that brings together punk bands and craft beer – a pairing that sounds like a more grown-up version of ’80s punk.

Presented by Brew Ha Ha Productions and F7 Entertainment, the world-famous festival at Abbotsford’s Tradex will shake things up on Labor Day weekend with a stacked lineup of OG punk bands and over thirty local craft breweries.

Starting at noon for VIP ticket holders and 1 p.m. for general admission, the day’s festivities will begin with craft beer tastings from several BC breweries, including Five Roads Brewing, Container Brewing Ltd. and Yellow Dog Brewing.

Tastings will end at 3 p.m. when the groups start, but don’t worry, the bar will remain open for the rest of the event.

There will be performances from NOFX, Descendents, PUP, Teenage Bottlerocket, Modern Terror and Rest Easy.

Pre-sale tickets go on sale today, July 14, using access code: PUNKIN2022.

General admission tickets go on sale tomorrow, Friday, July 15 at 10 a.m. local time.

This is a 19+ event, and each ticket comes with a sample of Punk In Drublic.

VIP tickets are also available which will include bonuses like unlimited beer samples, access to a VIP viewing area and a signed poster.
